Reports to: Senior Account Manager/Account Director

Feref is an integrated creative agency for a connected world. We provide strategic and creative direction to our clients' brands, and work across all media channels and disciplines. The agency's clients include Disney, Lucasfilm, Sony, Lionsgate, Hasbro, Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures and Warner Bros and the UK Government's GREAT campaign.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead client contact and be responsible for day to day management of campaigns
  • Be experienced in delivering impactful online & digital PR and influencer campaigns and activation from inception through to delivery across multiple clients and territories
  • Write PR briefs, lead brainstorms and develop PR strategies to present to clients
  • Selling in news stories and features to the media including online, print, TV and radio, with a focus on achieving higher level pieces of coverage
  • Continue to build, develop and maintain relationships with press and generate stand out PR initiatives and coverage
  • Understanding of social campaigns and have experience working closely with social teams to execute campaigns
  • Oversee and manage event and talent management including junkets, photo shoots, press days, premieres and influencer activity
  • Build, maintain and develop relationships with social influencers, content creators and their agents
  • Manage social influencer activations (from brief to content agreements) ensuring they are effective and deliver ROI
  • Oversee reporting to clients and deliver formal weekly reports and film maker presentations
  • Complete post campaign analysis, evaluate performance and demonstrate application of learnings on future campaigns
  • Contribute to and drive forwards integrated campaigns across the agency
  • Writing briefs and liaising with Feref in house creative teams (AV; Print; Digital and creative) on larger scale projects and activations
  • Work closely with all other departments to develop and share knowledge internally
  • Take a proactive role in driving repeat business with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities for existing clients and assisting senior management team on new business pitches
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness by producing weekly finance updates to the senior team on project forecasting, invoicing and billing
  • Demonstrate ability to manage, motivate and develop junior members of the team, ensuring resources are adequately and appropriately assigned at all times. Leading appraisals for Account Executives
  • Work with senior PR & social management team on raising Feref’s profile through trade press and events
