The agency’s clients include Disney, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Mattel, Sky, Sony, Twentieth Century Fox, Universal, Warner Bros, Amazon and the UK Government’s GREAT campaign. The Role

The role of the Social Media Manager will be to interpret and implement the social vision across a broad range of agency clients and projects.

The successful candidate will join a creative team, with day-to-day responsibilities including suggesting the best media content routes, production of best-in-class social media content and management of influencer collaborations. Ideally, you'll have experience working in a busy social team with strong knowledge across all key social platforms, constantly keeping up to date with innovations and updates. You'll be comfortable using a range of social media tools!

Responsibilities:

  • Defining, planning & implementing your client's social media strategies including content format and platform recommendations
  • Planning & implementation of social campaigns including paid social
  • Weekly Content Calendar building for your clients
  • Ideation of creative & innovative social media content across Feref’s client roster
  • Analysing social media data & building reports to highlight successes and offer improvements to campaigns
  • Working closely with project managers, creative team and clients to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
  • Stay at the forefront of new trends and technologies, actively researching the latest in social media platforms. Providing a quarterly report to the agency of new emerging trends.
  • Opportunity to build and deliver pitches for new clients
  • Creating and posting captivating and exciting content for Feref social media channels

Required Experience and Key Skills:

  • 3+ years in a creative social media environment, ideally within family/entertainment brands.
  • Exceptional written verbal skills for creating social media content and client communication
  • A proven track record of growing and engaging communities in social media
  • Active on social media with a strong interest in internet culture and trends
  • Experience in briefing in & working with designers to create social media content
  • Experience in successfully managing a social budget
  • Ability to work across multiple projects at once
  • Personal qualities - ambitious, positive outlook, high energy, great team worker. A self-starter with the capacity to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mind that is able to spot cultural & creative trends and adapt accordingly Experience working excellently as part of a small team
  • Proven experience working with entertainment clients would be beneficial for this role
  • Experience in interviewing talent or directors would be a benefit
