The Jurassic World movies have built a huge fanbase, resulting in a hugely popular range of toys. But how can this popularity be maintained during a year that has no dino-sized cinematic release?
When kids play with dinosaurs their natural instinct is to battle them, so our campaign celebrated the Dino Rivals range and pitted the prehistoric monsters against each other to show the world just how exciting, action-packed and fun these encounters can be.
We created over 80 individual assets, including battles that allowed viewers to choose their own winner, pre-fight teasers, cutdowns and bumpers. To support these and raise awareness we also created dynamic posters and build-your-own arena activity packs, allowing kids to give their Jurassic World Dinosaurs the perfect place to throw down.
This toolkit was then supplied across numerous territories for localisation and rollout, keeping awareness alive throughout Europe, all without the need for big-screen assistance.
